While we do not have travel specific products yet, many of our products meet travel guidelines. As of the publishing of this answer, travel guidelines recommend containers that are 3.4ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item. Any of our products fitting that description are safe for travel.

If you wish to modify an item in your order before it has been shipped, please contact Reta to request an order cancellation. This will allow you to place a new order for the desired items.

If your order has not yet shipped, you have the option to contact Reta to request a cancellation. Please note that once an order has been fulfilled and you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, we are unable to cancel the shipment.

Skincare Advice

I recognize that establishing a skincare routine or selecting the right product can be a challenging endeavor, which is why I’ve introduced a couple of resources to assist you!

  1. Reta has put together collections and series bundled up to help steer you in the correct direction. These bundles contain everything you will possibly need. Also, these bundles are discounted!
  2. Reta has a great skincare quiz you can take that will help you find at least one product, based on your responses to questions.

The best guideline here is to look at the consistency and work from thinnest to thickest. Start with cleansers and work towards cream moisturizers.

We strongly recommend completing our skincare quiz to tailor a product or routine specifically to your needs based on your responses.

Most products are best applied to clean, dry skin, with the exception of moisturizers. Applying moisturizers to slightly damp skin can enhance moisture retention. Additionally, it’s advisable to apply hyaluronic acid-based serums to damp skin.

Yes. All of Reta’s products are cruelty free, vegan, and paraben free. Reta also has products that are sulfate free, silicone free and eco-friendly. Look for the insignia in the product description to know.

This step is essential to activate your account. Once your account is verified, you can log in using your email and password.
